Return / Exchange Policy

We request all customers to carefully review the product details, highlights, and delivery timelines before placing an order.

At Raha, we ensure 100% quality testing before dispatching any product. However, in the rare case that a defective product is received, we offer the following refund or exchange policy:

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Refund or exchange will only be considered if:

  • The complaint is raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • You provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and a clear photo showing the defect.

  • Our quality control team verifies and confirms the defect.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.

🚚 Return Process:

  • The customer must arrange to return the product to our office at their own cost.

  • Once the return is received and approved, we will process the refund via Easypaisa to the mobile number provided at the time of order.

Note: Service charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount, based on the nature of the order.
