At Raha, we ensure 100% quality testing before dispatching any product. However, in the rare case that a defective product is received, we offer the following refund or exchange policy:

Refund or exchange will only be considered if:

The complaint is raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and a clear photo showing the defect.

Our quality control team verifies and confirms the defect.

The product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
🚚 Return Process:

The customer must arrange to return the product to our office at their own cost.

Once the return is received and approved, we will process the refund via Easypaisa to the mobile number provided at the time of order.
Note: Service charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount, based on the nature of the order.
